Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

If an item is damaged or defective, send us a photo of the defective product within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we will gladly provide a refund.

While we are not responsible for damage to the products during shipping, we will do our best to replace the product if possible. If we do not have a replacement of that product, then we will extend a refund.

For returns or refunds on non-damaged or defective items, there is a restocking fee of $5.00, plus the cost of return shipping. Items must be in their original package. Email us at hello@midsundesigns.com for your return. Once we receive the merchandise, we will process your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee.
